Current Owners
Most of the information that you need for a comfortable stay in the community is available on the ApnaComplex portal which can be accessed at www.apnacomplex.com. Please do write to the society office if you do not have access to it.
You will also need the below forms for various purposes (click on the underlined text to access the forms). Please do make use of them for necessary purposes.

| M002 | All Joint Owners | To nominate one person from all joint owners to be granted membership of society. Mandatory for apartments with joint owners. |
| M003 | Seller | To provide no objection to transfer of membership to buyer. This is mandatory. |
| RD001 | Owners | To provide data of all residents in the apartment. This is mandatory. |
| NM002 | Owners | To inform the society about if you are giving your apartment on rent or to a relative/caretaker without any rent. |
| RD004 | Landlord | To permit the tenant to move out of the society upon expiry of lease. This is mandatory. Tenant should request the landlord to fill this form well in advance. |
Prospective Owners
If you are purchasing or have recently purchased an apartment in Aparna Sarovar please request the person from whom you have purchased the apartment to fill and submit the RD001 form listed under the Current Owners heading.
